I agree, ender client keeps locking up and still crashes alot. The new Gluttony GUI is utter crap.
Looks like I shall also be waiting to play the game until we have BD client back, pdated before I shall play.

Besides, BD is better!

For my needs, this clients map functionality and slope indicators for digging are far superior.

Looking forward to the new version.

I'm glad he's taking the extra time to re-do things correctly, he's right - the performance was pretty bad compared to Enders and Vanilla, seemed like a case of feature bloat that built up over time. Sometimes 'ya just gotta start from scratch.

No offence man, but Bd salem worked fine if we talk about performance problems there some ppl out that cant play with enders (java 6 and java 7) cuz it just shuts down without an error. Thats a great performance in fight, on a enemy claim or just if u fight a bear.

Bd salem didnt even had 1 crash.
Well i know this doesnt change the mind of APX, seems like his followers can just wait and pray.

Agreed. I could turn on map saving and wander for hours mapping new areas before the client would bloat. I am talking jumpin into a boat, leave Bsoton and sail to the top of the map, explore some and then sail back to Boston before the bloat and lag would need a restart of the BD client.

Compare that to random shutdown of ender, client lockups (click open the inventory, open the skills box) and have to ensure that the process was ended in WTM (Windows Task Manager).

Does anyone have some screen shots of the BD Client before the last update? I'd like to help make some mockups and help APXEOLOG as I can, maybe adding a page about it on the salem wiki for discussion and design changes, it's one thing to work on a project, quite another to design one at the same time. After having some time to rework the minimap radar in ender, I got some ideas on how to improve how the minimap functions in a client.

Just wanna help if APXEOLOG would like me to do so?
