NO! The patch notes were very clear. Go back and read them again.

Field purity is influenced by seeds and RNG only and will tend upward over time if your seeds are near same purity as your fields.

Pot purity has no RNG and is directly calculated from pottable purity, pot purity, and Humus purity.

It's possible I'm mistaken. All I know is that when I start a new field I use my excess seeds and humus and get much better crop purity than the field purity suggests. I assumed it was due to humus, but it seems it's due to the seeds. I'll try again with store-bought seeds on my next rotation to confirm. Sorry for misleading anyone!

Yes, I was wrong, sorry. Seed purity is what matters. Humus purity does not seem to affect the output crop purity. Tested with 20% field, 24% humus, 0% seeds. Resulting crop <6% pure.
