Last time I checked yesterday my best skep had over 2000 workers & spawned a couple drones extra

Out of curiosity, how much time on average it took you to find 1 queen? I made a 40 minutes trip yesterday and got only 1 drone, no queens. But then I was foraging everything (for the 7 inspirationals), not only flowers.

Well the funny thing is, the first bee I found was a queen, so it took me 5 min :p

Rest of my bee's were gathered over a period of 12h, drones & queens, finding an average of 1 drone/45 min & 1 queen/12h

Ah, so it's not my bad luck. Just need more time foraging. Hopefully I will find some queen during the weekend.

in a normal beehive once you have worker bees going you can remove the queen and they will turn one of the eggs in to a new queen.
is some thing like this able to be done ingame or are queens only available from foraging?

Does the skep have to stand in the range of a fruit tree in order to produce honey?

dat 0% skep :(

I found my queen foraging lilypad bulbs/oysters for tentacles and pearls. Was pretty lucky, found a queen and a couple of drones in an hour or so.
