i got 1 queen and 4 drones

am i supposed to fill the entire skep by queens and drones or 1 queen should be enough for all the drones?

I would assume that having more then one queen isn't needed.

What's you worker population guyz? I have 235 already. Though no honey, I think they will make honey only near fruit trees.
