Hunting tips

Hey I was wondering what techniques all of you are using to fight different critters and what biles would you suggest one have to fight the said critter.
Here are mines:

Cricket: 5 biles. Wander + Roundhouse kick when close enough,

Rabbit: 5 biles. Same as Crickets.

Turkey: Fencing, biles doesn't matter. Just stab the *****. One shot, easy. If you can't do it you probably have the IQ of an oyster.

Spider: 20 Biles. Double Roundhouse kicks. IF you get snared run behind a stump/tree or any object and use it as cover. When the spider get close Stomp it.

Beaver: 15-20 biles. Roundhouse kick and then stab.

Deer: 40 biles (to avoid getting killed by charge). Roundhouse kick, run behind a stump/tree or any object and use it as cover, stomp when close and stab. Repeat until dead.
I got around 80 biles and still i have troubles with deers. I just hate getting the fracture debuff and I can't seem to manage to avoid it.

Bear: 2 people with 70 biles. Change aggro regularly using bullrun/stab combo.

March hare: Stomp/stab and run. Repeat.

Argopelter: Never encountered.

Whishpoosh: Never encountered.

Three-headed turkey: Never encountered.

deer: hit in face, keep riding his ass untill he moves in a direction where you can intervene (walk in line) then stab face with sword, rince repeat.
50 bile alt has no trouble with deer at all, never gets broken bone. just make sure you keep riding the deers ass

You can also spam punches on deers, the move itself is pretty fast, so instead of attacking you deer is trying to step away, but never has enough time to go too far. You can take a couple of hits, but nothing dangerous and no broken bones.

And ofcourse halberd is great for everything with less than 100hp, including deers, if you do atleast 5 damage with it.

Best hunting tip for spiders, deer, beavers: do it from a canoe.

For deer, agro with a bullrun, stab, stab, run away, repeat. I haven't had a broken leg in a few weeks using this tactic.

I found that it's easy to stomp deer and then thrust him. When he moves away little, stomp again and thrust. It works fine with 70+ biles.

cricket has less than 5 hp!

i'd say about 1 or so. usually a punch is enough. but not a slingshot (0,5 dmg)
