What is safe to pick up from unclaimed containers?

Postby Shadeen » Thu Apr 02, 2015 3:22 pm

If I find an unclaimed container in the wild, or even in Providence, and it has something inside of it, can I safely pick it up (without leaving a scent or being considered a cirminal)?

What about if it was stolen? And would a stolen sword work the same way as a pelt, a purse or some pepper?

Thank you!

If there is no claim on it then it will leave no scent HOWEVER if it has been stolen then the owners can track it down (or anyone who has the scent) Best to stick to items that you can use right away such as food, study items or things that you turn into something else such as building with nails of crafting with cloth. So long as the item is no longer in the same form that it was when it was stolen then it cant be tracked.
Do not argue with idiots, for they will pull you down to their level, then beat you with experience.
