I was claiming ppls leantos, forget to remove one my claimstones
and can't seem to find it now
can someone steal stuff from my inventory using that lost claimstone in the woods in case my homestead is set to another one?

Quick answer: No. People can only lewt from an active claimstone/leanto.

and by active he means that people can only steal from your claim if you're using it as your homestead
