how do i use a stall?

It all depends on the location. Stalls in a worse position are cheaper, but they are still hard to come by so in that sense you "saved" the stall, but I wouldnt use that word because it's not his anymore it's yours, so you took his stall rather than letting someone else get it.

ohh so the price for him would be the same as for me? then i think i saved the stall because its an asset for our town. of course i will share it with him until we can purchase a new one for him(yes i will give it all i got to help him get a new stall

). But if i hadn't purchased the stall then someone else would have got "The asset for our town" it so i regard it as "Saving the stall"

Btw the price for the stall was 17500s and it is in a pretty good spot.

If it was free for anyone to buy, you probably saved it. It wouldn't have stayed unclaimed for long.

AFAIK, the price doesn't change. John set them based on location.
