You can currently make diagonal fences, but its a lot of work to get them to line up perfectly, it would be nice if there was a "place fence to N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW options".

It would open up argo farming... those Ents do annoy me, but I lived to tell the tale.

Its a completely lazy "Nice Thing", it would be nice to have a set of scales, so that you can right click on them and set them to a certain weight, and then right click on them with a bag of flour (or whatever) and it will place a pile of flour in your inventory of that size. When I am baking I like to weigh out piles of the right size in the right order so I can click craft all. Like I said, its a lazy nice thing.

nut sure but you could use both, just thinking that the saw has always been used to chop/saw down trees in old times

Your standard board making saw can cut down most young trees. Otherwise you're better off using an axe and carving out a triangle least you have two folk with the proper saw. They did use saws but most folk still used an axe as you've not many options when hunting in unpopulated areas alone. :p
Keep calm and stay peachy.
