Unless something hiccuped, jorb said in a post that the multiserver junk was done. Content should be coming soon I'm hoping.

As for this entire thread... well. When players make it their game to ruin a game, and the game doesn't have inbuilt defenses... this junk happens. It's a social experiment with the anus of the internet. I don't know how to fix it within the design context of salem.
It's been neat to see the evolution of a game. Salem has come so far, and still has far to go. Although frustrating, I think it's been an experience worth the effort.

I can't find any post like that. Is it on Paradox's forums or something?
Let me know when it's H&H World 7.

After reading countless topics on ***** that plagues this game, I think Sevenless managed to coin the best definition of what Salem has become.

What? Who? Are we taking a ring to Mordor to drop in a volcano now?

I've got some ideas on that actually, just chewing on them a bit before I post in I&I.

Your idea has a lot of room for abuse imo. Also neighbors can trade and do a lot of stuff so I don't know what you mean by no benefit, the only problem is the game is kind of in a brief pause because many players only log on to do menial stuff and keep crops going. Once the game gets going it'll change for everyone.

His idea, that he hasn't posted yet, has a lot of room for abuse?

He just posted it, was just saying his form has room for abuse that he talked about and was pointing out there is a benefit to having neighbors.

He dosen't say anything about his idea except the general idea that neighbours are just competition, you have absolutely nothing to base your comment on, at least wait until potjeh says something of substance.

Ontop of what jorb said, Moo told me the same thing via skype as well. So, unless something went wrong in retrospect, our beloved devs are working on content as we speak :)
