everyone (Latikai mostly) gives me a hard time for my views on that too... I think its just a personal taste thing, Mexican beers and Dutch beers both tend to lean heavily in favor of saaz hops, maybe I just love pilsners.

I'm listing dutch beers as being top of my list and Alloin argues with me? your not allowed to dislike your own beer unless your an american

alright.. I'll give Belgium its dues, Hoegaarden is probably one of my top picks for favorite all round brewery. most others there may be one or two things i like that they make, but these guys cant make a bad beer. Although I think the only thing by them we can get regularly around here is the whitbier, which I love anyways
