Go to planters & pilgrims and read the recruiting towns.
Later you can make your own Indian tribe.

I see that both you and zero379 are interested in playing with the tribe. Unfortunately, that faction is gone, but since neither of you wants to play alone, why don't you play together? You seem to share a similar viewpoint, at least.
