I suggest you determine the right symptom you display most often and take the right cure.

Two quick questions.

I. Did you allow the disease to become full-blown?

II. How many times did you take each cure?

This is usually due to not taking the right cure the most a majority of the time.
Keep calm and stay peachy.

Sometimes it takes more then 6 i've known some people who have had to take up to 8+ just to cure their specific disease. (i hope i used the right than/then less i summon the wrath of Argentis)

Well that is dumb and the reason you are failing. There is now a worse overall chance you will be cured for every wrong cure you take. Do it right or die. The choice is yours.

Six is usually not enough times. Eight to twelve, worse case situation being fifteen, is more appropriate. Pay attention to your bile that is being drained and the most prevalent symptom as they will point you in the right direction of what to use.

These people who are spouting the amount of doses required are stupid as ****.

The amount of doses required is dependant on how full the illness meter is. If you have only just been poisoned, it will take a single dose of the correct cure to rid youself of the plague.

If you have allowed youre meter to fill up, it can take upto 8-10 doses to cure it, however after each correct use, the illness meter will drop.

You can determin the type of illness youre have and the cure required by either remembering youre symptoms from before and remembering the cure you used, or by checking the tribe wiki.

If what JC said is true, the more incorrect medication you take, reduces the chance of the correct cure reducing youre illness seems rather harsh, however it can be justified, as if you have a real illness in the real world, it is not like you rush down the local drug store and start to swallow everything in sight.

Good luck
