what if i have trespassing, criminal acts turned ON, and im accidently crossing someone's claimed water tiles with a canoe
will this leave scents?

It should default to you simply going through their claim as if nothing happened. I'm not to sure on this as I tend to randomly leave criminal acts on without knowing it; though no random scents have been left so I' sticking to it defaulting.

You do not leave trespassing scents while traveling in a canoe.
