Wall Splash

Postby thewoodis » Sat Feb 14, 2015 4:42 pm

To any souls feeling helpful, I'm wondering if old walls still splash the full 6 tiles ahead? I've repaired a few walls but at nearly 100 granite per wall, it's becoming increasingly difficult to test!

Also, any other ideas on replacing old sections of wall would be most welcomed! I'm actually considering taking down the entire outer perimeter of my camp... :?

Freshly built walls won't splash for 1 week at least. They will then be splashable.

Ah crap I had no idea, thought it was a new mechanic that they permanently didn't splash...this indeed changes everything to doom for my camp, thank you.

So as I understand it then, they will splash the neighboring tiles, and is it 5 squares ahead, with the 6th tile being safe?

You can build your walls on your claim perimeter if you don't let enemy walls stay outside your claim for more than a week.

so how long does it take now for a wall to become 'mature'?
a week? two weeks? whole month?

my stone walls are already 2 weeks old, however they wont splash by some reason thus i'm forced to destroy em sector-by-sector in order to replace em with brick ones :?
