if i destroy a leanto on my claim while the player that owns it is not logged in will he then drop his items on the ground and port to providence?

He will drop all but not sure whether will port to providence

The character will not be ported back to Providence. They will remain where they logged out without any of their items upon their login. I don't recommend doing this to someone who is active in your area beyond your own means of defense; it tends to end in ill nature. If it is a random scout or traveler most likely nothing will happen. Possibly. Just remember all action have a consequence.
