Help can't start playing

Hi i made an account the loaded up the game and clicked new charcter then it chrashes shortly after going to the next screen (1 sec ish)

Retry. if it keeps crashing you must have an incredibly ancient computer. Post the crash report, that will give more insight on the direct problem.

I did 3 times and my computer is bout 1.5 years old at the time it was one of the better computers
Also how do i submit crash report?

When you crash before you exit it shows you a crash log just paste it on here.

This might be simalar to a problem I have, and have yet to find a fix for, I do have a work around though (thats not saying it is the same problem but its worth giving a try). When you go to the new area with the big ship and the NPC's simply dont click on anything and just leave the game alone for about 3 min, dont even move the camra. After that you should be able to play without a problem. You will suffer the same problem everytime you log in though so you will need to find one of the little houses in Providence that you can enter - go towards the docks and along the river I think I remember one there. The Church will also work but you need some good clothes for that.
Basically you will need to log into a small place (Building, cave) without a lit fire and wait about 3 minuets each time. Once you have a house built it is much easier. Let me know if this works for you and i might be able to help you out a bit more.

90% this is problem with Your DirectX. Download 9.0c version (yes that old version) but not with autodownload but full pack for example :

And install it. Your problem should be solved
