Yes they're easier than bears since they don't have fear, and you can usually outmaneuver them.

this might sound crazy but is it possible to build a house near the hydrukey and go in the house when i need to regen biles?

If you need to do that to fight one you probably shouldn't be fighting them, but yes you could regen biles with tea as it will still keep you combat locked.
