How is someone placed in the stockades and are any special skills needed? Must they leave scents and be found? Can anyone throw tomatoes and whip a stocked person? I'm not really understanding how this all works, an example situation would be great. thanks

You have to bring evidence (scents picked up off the ground) and 500 silver to the magistrate by the stocks in Providence. It is my understanding anyone can do this. I don't believe you need to track the person or find them at all, you just need the silver and the scents.

Anyone with the Skill Sactified Mortification can whip or throw tomatoes at a stocked criminal.
