you can push around people with less affluence than you, you need a tiny bit (10) to enter boston church, and you need quite a bit (250) to enter the den with its hookahs. Oh and you also need some for a current shop competition.

It also makes you move a little faster but my friend said the withdrawal is not nice at all.
