I agree!!! I have got nice lime pit next to my homestead but i can't just dig it because of cliff :/


I will note that it was jorb's thought that one day we could make the cliffs and such like above, but it was never implemented, and I don't know if MM has the same vision on this as Seatribe did. I don't care so much for making them (though a fort on mesa would be awesome or a recreation of the People's Palace of D'Hara...), but getting rid of them would be the most benefit, anyway.

I did do flattening of cliff near my base and here the easiest way:

1 - Dig somewhere, dump near the cliff, repeat until cliff becomes slope, dig from top.

2 - If toon animation goes "look at me i'm doing the titanic!", simply use the ctrl-click dig to be able to dig anyway.
