I don't mind having tracking allowed from being a top 10 town at all. I personally don't mind having tracking allowed for ALL towns in Salem. Don't want to be tracked, then don't build a town.

However, I do want to see somebody 'break' it by making a top town that stays 'unfound' for a decent amount of time before deciding this is 'necessary'.

i will break it extra if it means we get to track to pissant towns that do this ****, gimme a week or so after im done dealing with these retards.
