LMAO this guy already has someone in mind, yes but make sure you have enough bile to actually step out of the claim as well. Unless it is unclaimed. Also keep in mind your character can be killed once it has done a crime whether you are online or not.

And keep in mind that there is criminality artifice which you can put in your clothing to use less bb when doing crimes.

Yep you will probably die unless you have a well defended base. Pray that the person you steal from is not the alt of some major faction. Hint: If it's near valuable resources (lime, quarry) and there are buildings around (mainly Stamp Mills) then I would advise against stealing them.
