Raising Yellow Bile

I've searched the Help forums and checked the wikis but I can't seem to find any up to date information on effectively raising yellow bile. I've read that fish were best till about lvl50 but I've used a plethora of fish both bought from player stalls and obtained from fishing nets and none have raised yellow bile or raised it to the point of being worth the effort. The only consistent way to raise yellow bile I've found is with crab tails but I don't know how to acquire those.

Every food raises all 4 billes. Variable ingredient is the key. U have 4 types of flour, cabbage, etc...
If u wanna make it easy just make sealoaf with red herring.....

Sort the list by yellow bile multiplier. Pick an ingredient that you have access to with a high yellow bile multiplier and find a recipe that uses the category for that ingredient as a variable ingredient. Try to use as many categories as you can.

This is a bit of an over simplification, you want to keep in mind the timer and reduction as well as having a selection of main glutting foods, filler foods, and restore foods, but you will pick up how to use those fairly easily as you go as long as you are paying attention to what is happening as you are glutting.

Sadly I have not, I don't have that recipe yet, and my fishing is quite limited to player stalls and whatever I can pull out of my fishing nets. And yeah I've gorging myself on those Lobster Tails but they'll soon be losing their effectiveness.

Eh, timer isn't to big an impact on me as ill probably be spending most that time just prepping for the next buffet. And thanks for the link, I had search the tribe wiki and the other wiki and hadn't seen that list on either one .

He means that anything with a variable ingredient (which is most foods) can be made to specialize in any one of the four humors.
