JC gave you some good advice. I think the intent to this mechanic is indeed to force people to cooperate and I would guess that with time new mechanics will be created that follow the same rule.
And please if you want constructive criticism use punctuation and capitalization

I support this. However, the coal the finary consumes could perhaps be adjusted a bit since it consumes an awful amount of fuel.
