What are the tables for?

Postby trungdle » Tue Feb 10, 2015 4:21 pm

now that you can carry an infinite amount of food, what are they used for? I planned to make a table and a chair in my base but I don't know if it is still worth it or not. :(
You thought I quit.

Probably some heavy foods. Maybe we will get some recipes for huge dishes which take a lot of mats, give a lot of biles and weigh a lot.

45 extra weightless slots?

food is heavier than you think when factoring in large sessions.

Isn't it still rewarding to try to glutton as much as possible, even for a new player?

sure, it's not more than doubling your carrying capacity, but the extra slots still help. I can only carry so much food items, and that table adds another 10kg of food or something like that. On beginning characters, where you want to be gluttoning in the 20+ region as long as you can manage, it sure helps out.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

you've got a point: they're far from as nice as they used to be - but they still make a measureable difference.
