Changes to fishing

Some people say that fishing is broken, others say it is not. From personal experience I feel that it is, but thats not really why I am here.

Now that weight is a thing, allow us to catch fish of different weight, this would give you the opportunity to have a fishing leader board, but also mean that off some fish you can get more than two fillets, lets say a fillet every 400g.

Fix fishing and add variable weights.
