Death and permanent status effects would be nice. I'm still waiting on that tear-extract Chief; better get working on it. Can't be drinking the 190-proof tears forever as medicine now can I?

Though there needs to be harsher penalties. If you ***** up in H&H you end up dead easily. Yet, still to this day, if you ***** up in Salem you die less. Quite disappointing and prevent the industrial tear-o-lution from happening.

Would be interesting if there was some skill that allowed you to force administer the cures. Some kind of official edict?

I love the diseases, do not get me wrong. It is just frustrating when you catch it when the bar is nothing, and then still need 5-6 of a cure to get rid of it. Have you already considered some kind of incubation period, where If you catch it within 1/10th of the bar or something small, you can cure with 1 shot? Perhaps drinking a ton of water during this minute period you can get rid of it no matter what it is. This would also have the side effect of them building the Quaffed and Quenched fully and having to glutton to reduce. This would mirror reality in a nice way, drinking a lot of fluids and eating well while resting can do wonders.

but then no one will be sick anymore and the price for these medicines will drop :(

Devs should implement some sort of mask or liquid you could drink to prevent disease so players who don't want to go through the burden of curing themselves don't have deal with it any more.
