'Jonah and the Whales': What is it?

I apparently unlocked it after learning Seamanship (it says so in the system log), but can't find any info on it (not in the crafting menus afaict, nor on the wiki or the forums). Is it an unimplemented thing that gets listed or something like this? Has anyone been able to craft one?
