I lost My Characters

Hi there
it been long since i take a break,today i log into my account and i noticed i got no character in it..

There was a server wipe in Feb.

All my characters are gone to now that i logged in after a long time, so the server wipe deleted everyones characters and everything ells on the servers? and no way to get them back? I used some real money on my account when i started playing when this game came out and its sad if i really lost it now...

Assuming that you are talking about 1 year + ago, then all your items will be in the mailbox on the account you made the purchases with.
