Jeez, it's just a general code. it's not anything exact, just best guess. i've got Pilgrim and Latikai as red even though they don't do PvP at all. I just mark the top players with red so that I know to watch out if they show up at my alt's map base, that's all. It's a sign of respect to have color to your name.
