Why not just make a dope discussion thread on the hill? Hills are a good place to smoke dope also, the higher the hill the better.

I'm all for smoking some limbo, but don't be one of those guys.
No the higher you are the more you need to inhale just to get the proper amount of oxygen into your body go high enough and your body starts shutting down certain bodily functions to compensate for the lack of oxygen, so no the higher anything is, is not better for smoking that's just asking to get an illness. Smoke your drugs on ground level if you don't have some weak baby **** you don't need to "smoke dope on hills" as the product in hand should take you higher then any hill.
