Clayet, poop claims do work, but community is too lazy to wreck authority of top 2 towns, maintained by 1 man.

My town just lost about 4k of it's presentation authority in a single "lucky" night, when noone was able to break the poop bell. Poop bell was set by Darworth alts or someone, who was accidently memorized as a person, related to Darworth. And you know what? We haven't come to his town yet. Because of laziness.

And again. I have active people in my town and lost 4k of presentation authority, Darworth seems not to have a single villager in 2 towns except his alts. His towns could be out of the top 10 list permanently, but we, and whole community, are just too lazy to give a *****.

The problem isn't just laziness its that its a boring mechanic, it may get you a ***** of silver but who cares if its too boring to bother with. If the devs find a more entertaining system for stall tax distribution that encourages more people to interact with the mechanics then that would be great if not who cares let Darwoth have his silver.

Today we've made a poop claim at Darwothville and guarded it for almost 7 hours now. Meanwhile, Darwoth has just been raising his authority to counter it.
Thankfully he alleviated some of this tedious time by bringing out little alts and such for us to play with but seriously, guarding poop claim is boring and making boundary stones is boring.

Is it possible to make multiple poop claims against a single town? If yes - would their effects stack?

Well, I don't know what isn't boring for you. It's your sandbox, you decide, what is less boring - planting a cotton, making a plank farm or dropping a poop bell on hostile claim. If you like to hunt or collect feathers - it's your choice, but someone would like to take a **** on each other's claim to get some more tax silver. Winning formula here is (group size) * (group dedication). If you have zero dedication - you will do nothing, even with a large group. If you have a plenty of dedication - you will cause a lot of troubles to anyone you want, even when you're playing alone.

It surely woudn't be intended, thats why we haven't tested it.

But yeah, I agree with all of you that the authority system needs some tweaking.

TBH I think it wouldn't be bad idea if you could stack them. But instead of them stacking their effects from the start, each additional poop claim should just increase max hourly drain. So the effect would be visible after few hours, when hourly drain reaches the cap of single poop claim and increases over it

Yeah I get that, I was just voicing my opinion on why people don't bother with it, most seem to agree that its too boring to bother with even with dedicated groups. But its good some people find it worth while even if its just the least boring silver grind for them.
