sure, black bile increases both your inspiration/s and your maximum inspiration.
Also, try to keep your inspiration below half its maximum.Above that, it will increase at a lower rate.

This idea isn't out of the realm of feasibility, as public bath houses (which could be considered hot tubs in a way) have been around since ancient times. However, during the colonial era they didn't see much use, especially in the colonies, due to a discouragement of bathing for religious reasons (it's why the natives thought we smelled like ****). Thus, they wouldn't really fit the context of the game in my opinion. I do love the idea of a building that heals biles, though :). And beyond that, I've always liked the idea of there being hot springs scattered around the map that people could fight over heal their biles in. Even if bathing was a sin or whatever, there probably were always some people who said '***** the rules, I do what I want ¦] '.

im sure a bathmat would show up in the cash shop that reduced the death chance to 0%
