IMHO, we should be able to make Shrunken head's from scalps collected.

Creating a Shrunken head means you forfit the ability to hand in the scalp, but you can use the Shrunken head as an inspritional or a keepsake to show off in town or hang on youre walls at home.

The inspritional value of the head is determined by the scalp score.

Shrunken heads also serve a darker purpose for witches.

I do like this idea. If the skull could be made into a trophy that could be either placed on the wall, or on a table, that displayed the skulls former owner when moused over.
