Ill put some details about the candy gang together.

I know that they were upto 4~6 different hermit's / groups which come together for the greater good of removing the russians from the server and creating a server of peace, also something to do with a candy cane and a game of follow the leader.

I asume the name comes from Charlie the unicorn and Candy mountain (The candy gangs first village) which was used as a gateway to take over the island, which the CG turned into Candy Island and the main vault they used.

From here the Candy Gang helped several players who were being sieged by the russians giving them a fighting chance.

In the end the candy gang made peace with the server and the main russian threat left or went deep underground. (Search The old forums for information of the CG fighting the Russians)

Towards the end though after the Great protector, YourGrandMother Left, it was feared the CG had become infected with evil as members started to cause havoc in this time of Peace.

Some say it was the chief who caused this evil to spew forth (After YourGrandMother influence to keep Binks tame was gone), as he was the creator of binks(Jorb + Chiefs offspring?), and it was binks who become power hungry pumping himself to 1000 biles, and ensuring everyone knew it was his Law or Die.

everyone knew that YGM = chief. That was common knowledge.
Also, I wouldn't say CG got bad after he left, they were still pretty good guys as far as I was aware (even after arcadia managed to buy the square stall first  )
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

You could put in entries for the towns on YGM's scavenger hunt.

That was before my time, but I ran across a few of those towns when out granite and water scouting later.

Also (my thread, I'll double post all I want), Sherwood is on the list for a write up already, I don't know vice city at all, and I remember witches veil, something happened there, but I can't remember what it was at all.
