has my illness developed?

do illnesses get worse the longer you have them?

pretty sure i have land legs as i keep going dizzy all the time, the guy just stands there and looks like hes spacing out or off balance

ive sniffed loads of salts, tried leeches, and the paste

does it get harder to cure it once it has developed? ive probably had it around a day or two the bar is full up to the top

It gets worse as it develops but not anymore than a full bar. So the worst is probably over. Is your guy shaking back and forth? Or is he grabbing his forehead like he has a fever?

I would try a good 5-10 smelling salts then. Unless your grabbing your forehead, then I would put on a leech for a few minutes.
