If you want to be contacted ingame you should add a HS. For safety you should give HS of an alt, or in any case, not having your claimstone as homestead or people can teleport in and destroy your claim easily.
Also seeds (unless of high purity) are almost worth nothing as any settled player would have more than he can chew. I would suggest you save those seeds to put in a press to make oil and use this oil to make oiled board. This is a lengthy process but I'm sure people would buy them from you at a fair price (probably 50s/u but I haven't checked the prices as of late).
