This is simply not true. If you murder someone, and then are TbC'd, you will most likely lose a hand. If they decide to murder you, they leave their own murder scents, right outside of your base.

He's quite right a TBC is basicly a gauranteed death sentece, I of course do not like this system but JC is certainly not going to change his mind about it, he'll enjoy your tears tho.

TBC is intended the way it is, otherwise he surely woudn't allow people to sandwitch it with town claims.

Revenge scent is left if you summon kill someone at their or your homestead. This is not granted by the TbC. Correct me if I am wrong, but TbC allows you to summon someone outside of their base. You can then beat them down to KO leaving no summonable scents, then if you decide to murder them, you leave a murder scent. If you Eye for Eye them, you leave non summonable scent. So only if the rangers want to risk leaving a murder scent right outside of your base, are you going to be murdered yourself, assuming there are no witches involved that is.

As for murder alt's, killing them is still worth $7.5
