Yes I have keys to the gate, but Rogoku seems to think that the gate was replaced since his key wasn't working. Though mine was working just fine before I was KO'd.

He did reinherit and give me full permissions. But I can't get off the claim in order to get the debuff off.

So, I figured I'd be smart and make a p claim with an alt and use that as its homestead so yasso could come to it and revoke his p claim.
