Inspiration Multiplier

Hello.

I just recently checked my Inspiration and saw that my multiplier isn't working.

I'm getting 5-6 Inspiration per tick but before it was around 23-24 per tick.

Any one have any idea what to do??

once you pass certain percentages of your maximum inspiration, the rate at which you gain it is lowered.
E.g. once you pass more than half your maximum, the rate halves (not actual numbers as I don't exactly know them).
Keep your inspiration as low as possible for maximum efficiency.
