What's Up With the Primitive Club?

Is it like a Jack Handy joke: "I have to laugh when I think of the first club, because it was probably just a heavy stick you hit things with”?

I mean what is a primitive club any way? What is an advanced club? is the caveman club more or less primitive than the primitive club...

Billy clubs are advanced
From the forest itself comes the handle for the axe.

A "not-so-primitive" club would be something like this I guess?

This is also a sledge hammer, its even in the link of the image.

Both are not clubs.

Advanced Clubs normally come under a different catogory also known as Maces.

In the realm of weapons, isn't a club any heavy or hard stick used to hit with?
Google wrote:a heavy stick with a thick end, especially one used as a weapon.
synonyms: cudgel, truncheon, bludgeon, baton, stick, mace, bat, blackjack, nightstick
"a wooden club"

A HAMMER is a hammer, not a club.

You quoted google, which contridicts itself within 2 lines of text.

a heavy stick with a thick end
synonyms: cudgel, truncheon, bludgeon, baton, stick, mace, bat, blackjack, nightstick
"a wooden club"

Batons/nightstick are far from "a heavy stick with a thick end", as they have smooth sleek designs, and are not weighted on one end. (And when they are weighted, its on the handle end, not the end you are smashing someone around the face with, also most batons and nightsticks are used mostly in leg sweeps or choke holds or to immobolize someone, not to smash there heads in.

Eitherway, Potato Potarto.

PS: You know because this sword is now a spear, because i threw it at them. No its still a sword.
