I do think it makes sense that QQ would go down over time slowly, or have other ways to lower the bar besides gluttony. Doing manual labor should make you thirsty again.

Even if your humors are fairly high, say 500 to all, it is still easy to reduce your QQ debuff because a single gluttony point removes 500 from the debuff. A 50 humor player would have to get 10 points in a session to do as well. It doesn't seem imbalanced to me.
