Blood food...

Hello,

I am a returning player. My humors are 79 for all except 78 for blood.

I can't seem to find any good blood food,under the new system,so I am stuck. All the wiki info is once or twice outdated.

Any suggestions? Seems like all the recipes are harder but give more glut points. That's great,but can make randomly making stuff to see what it gives tough.

Wiki seems to be down, so I'll try to help you as much as my memory allows.
When you're using recipes with variable ingredients and aiming for blood, you need the next ones:
berries group - cranberry
bread - oatmeal
meat - bear
shellfish - crawdad
cabbage - white
pumpkin - ghost rider
