I wouldn't waste my witch and resources to "fix" this. I better spam some walls, made of coughing, vomiting syphilitics. May I?

I won't punish anybody for making walls of sick people in or around their bases. As it is quite clear they are easily dealt with. However, I reserve the right to log them off at my leisure.

Do witches leave summonable scents?

Yup! At least as it stands now, tho mechanic may be a bit more interesting than a simple yes.

In most cases witches only leave scents if their spells fail, or in extreme conditions.

The average successful witch leaves very little scents.

JC, noone will leave free scents in Providence anymore. At least, noone, who is sane, will not waste their materials to clean up a city full of alts, which are actually free. But I always have easy, healthy fixes for you. Logout them automatically, after 30-60+ minutes in offline state, without their stuff and outfit.

Trying to log out without a leanto will cause the character to persist in the world.

Isn't this the reason?

A walled plague area of the town where you can pay a fee (for their food and bedding) to send a sick person you find in town. for them to be released they must pay for a cure or have a friend come along and pay for their freedom. Every day people in this area lose a permanent 10% of humors and under 20~ humors will die after 24 hours. this would be realistic and make people have to pay for a clean city.
