Can't login

So when I'm trying to log in, client whether tells me "game.salemthegame.com" or gets me to character select screen and after picking one drops me to the login screen again (and telling "Logged in already")...

My connection seems fine, I'm able to ping http://www.salemthegame.com with no loses...

And I've been playing when that occured. Like, here I'm taking out poops from my coop and BAH I can't login anymore...

Anyone can help to handle this?..

You get kicked from the game and can't log right back in or does the client crash and then you can't log in?

If A, you might want to change your password just for security sake, but there may be another issue here that only the devs can deal with.

If B, make sure there are no other instances of Salem left running in the background after the crash. Use whichever utility you have to kill background processes (Task Manager in Windows) or reboot. A hanging instance can keep you logged in to the game, even if you don't have any characters active in the world. Killing the process almost instantly frees up the connection.
