Necrobane has it right, it's the same roll you get off your T&N when you make clothes. The teasel can bring the difficulty down to 0 if you have high enough T&N and don't get an unlucky RNG.

I thought it would probably be something like that, I just thought that as an apparently incredibly rare item they might err on the side of higher, I think 3 is worse than the rolls I have had when making clothes.

There is no page yet because I haven't started updating the wiki with new things yet. First, the server has been crashed most of the times I've had time to play. Second, the rollback removed all the items I had gathered that first day to start adding. Third, it's only been a couple days and I don't have the resources of the tribe anymore, give me a break. Most of my info must now come from the forums and no one has posted a screenshot of teasel yet that I've seen.

I found a teasel before the roll back, its a rare drop on forageables like honeydew.
