characters missing

It is currently 11 am cst, the server this morning was going up and down, lost connection multiple times as well as the website servers. In the process, I lost several characters on my 2nd account, 4 of which i could name. all but 2 remain now, some kinda glitch. I want my char back, he is one of my main characters Jomash.

if you are using latikai client, have a look at the search bar down the bottom on the character select screen make sure that is empty with the cursor on the far left. Sometimes people press spacebar or something and makes their list reset.

To note: characters don't just come up missing. It has never been an issue. If they are gone, they have been killed.
