I like cats, but between cats and dogs I would most likely go for dogs.

I absolutely adore huge fluffy beasts like Tibetan mastiff or Caucasian shepherd, but even if I owned property large enough for one of these to have enough room, with my lacking experience with dogs it would be more like him owning me and not the other way around :D

Anyway, pets are great regardless of your personal preference. We should get some more in Salem!

Fact: horses are better assistance animals than dogs. Problem is finding one of an appropriate size. If "dogs can do" is your argument, you should probably get the right answers before making the argument.

its easy, a dogs does what you tell when trained properly.
cats, even when trained properly, since this IS actually possible, will still ignore you when it wants.
thus cats are only good as food.

I'm a bit partial to both, but usually lean more towards the cat side.
