Postby Heffernan » Sat Nov 22, 2014 2:07 am

Hello,

i recently updated my Graphic Card (goodbye 400$), Reinstalled Win7, all my needed Tools and noticed Salem/computer/Firefox etc.. is running sometimes really slow

when i port to boston its sometimes like this

Image

for a long load of time usually 10-20 seconds before it loads, and usually when u have 2 chars on at the same time

i also noticed that during this time either Svchost.exe, Firefox.exe or Java.exe get really high up to 5gb Memory

Image

i already upgraded my Computer so far he could survive WW3, and ill just post system specs from dxdiag64.

Image

tools that usually run:
Steam
Skype
Arc (game launcher for Startrekonline etc..)
Avast Free Antivir
Malwarebytes Anti Malware
Iolo System Mechanics Professional
Firefox (including java, flash player etc.)
Salem/Java

My Harddisk (no SSD) is Defragmented and working and theres no computer problems, no viruses, no malware etc.

anyone know what it might cause?

Does this same thing happen on the default client? If it does, does it use as much memory during that time?
